We got rid of the outdated "Satisfaction Guarantee" and tackled the most

common maintenance headaches homeowners face these days. Our 5-Star

Promises make it easy to transform your home from ordinary to extraordinary!

  • On-Time Promise — Because we value your time, we offer one-hour arrival windows. If we’re running late, we’ll notify you before or during that time frame. If we don’t, we’ll credit you $50 off your next service.


  • Price-Cap Promise — We provide "rough estimates" because every job is different and prices might change. If the job reveals more work than anticipated, we'll discuss it with you and won't increase the cost by more than 20% (with fair warning for any future visits)—or we’ll credit you $50 off your next service.


  • Make-It-Right Promise — Your project deserves our industry’s highest standard of quality. If we don’t deliver, we’ll come back and make it right. If you’re still not happy, we’ll give you $50 off your next service.


  • Extra-Mile Promise — We notice when things are damaged or out of place, from soft spots on your roof to little things like burnt-out light bulbs you can't reach — we'll alert you to what we find and even take care of the small stuff for free, or at a fair add-on rate if more time is needed. If we forget to mention anything in person or on your invoice, we'll credit you $50 off your next service.



  • Follow-Up Promise — We'll reach out within three business days to make sure you're pleased with everything, address any questions or concerns, and discuss future work and/or referrals you might have for us. If we fail to follow up, we’ll credit you $50 off your next service.

Some exclusions apply. 5-Star Promise applies to residential services only. Price-Cap Promise is not valid for post-construction cleaning.


The Price-Cap Promise does not apply in the following situations:

When the estimate is based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer regarding the scope of work

When additional work is requested or added by the customer on-site that was not included in the original estimate

When work falls outside of the original quoted scope
